How do I place an order?
Purchasing on Sognando Casa is very easy!

1. Get inspired and choose the products you want to buy
Use the search bar to find a specific product or browse to find your favourite product. For each category, you can use specific filters (brand, technical characteristics, material) to better direct the search for the perfect product.

2. Add it to your cart
Select the quantity you want and with one click add it directly to your cart.

3. Finalize the order
Enter your billing and shipping information, check that everything is correct and proceed to payment. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after completing the transaction, indicating the order number necessary for any after-sales needs.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay easily and securely with credit card (via Stripe provider) or bank transfer.
Are payments secure?
The payment information you enter when ordering (credit card number, security code) are processed through connections that use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and aren't stored in any way on our systems.
Where do I download the invoice?
Once we have shipped your order, you will be able to download the invoice in your reserved area.
I have a big project to do, can I get a discount?
If you are building or renovating an hotel, a building or a shopping mall, describe your project on our contacts page and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
I placed an order. Can I cancel it?
Due to administrative reasons, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order after its submission. You can always exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, as defined in our Return policy.
I received the product but it's not to my liking. Can I return it?
If you are not happy with the product purchased, request return authorization and return it within 14 days of delivery. You will only receive a refund of the product at 50% of its value (only in the case of material returned perfectly intact) and not of the shipping.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If upon receipt of the order, the packaging or the product you purchased is damaged, specify the damage in detail on the delivery note and send us photographs of the damaged product within 3 days to support@sognando.casa Remember to attach clear photographs with products positioned on the delivery pallet.

We will request assistance from the transporter who, through his insurance, will reorder the product and make a new shipment.

N.B. If you haven’t eported any damage on the delivery note, we will not be able to help you by interceding with the carrier and you will therefore have to buy back the damaged material.
